Yesterday (Sunday) was a big day  for me. I got up and had breakfast with family in southern Missouri, then said my goodbyes, and drove north to KC.  Upon arriving at Mystic Treasures, I immediately set up for the Magickal Voice workshop during the hottest part of the day… It reached 100 degrees!

The workshop went very well, and you could tell I had their minds working on how they were going to apply it to their practical lives.

The concert was later that evening and was blessed by a family of 3 who traveled over 3 hours to be there and meet me, Marcus, Mitch, & Lynn.

Also in attendance was Angel & Randall, Alexian’s self appointed biggest fans!

It’s HOT here in Kansas City!  It’s hotter here than it is in Florida! So even though the concert was cool, I was soaked with sweat by the time we got all the equipment loaded back into the car.

Thanks to all that attended, including Dawn, & Carl. By the way.. Dawn, thank you for my spontaneous reading!!

A heart felt thanks to Penny & Leann for hosting me in their beautiful store, and special thanks to Marcus, Mitch, & Lynn for driving over 3 hours to come see me!

Eternal Hugs to Angel & Randal!

Later, I drove into downtown Kansas City to Amethyst Dreams for my next gig.  Aislynn was providing me an RV to sleep in during my 4 day stay in Kansas City.  But when I rounded the corner to the shop…. (to be continued)

Today I taught The Magickal Voice workshop and also performed a concert in Montgomery at “The Mystical Treasures Emporium”.  Phillip, and his partner Rob were  sweethearts and provided not only the space, but an entire buffet spread of eats, treats, and drinks for free to everyone in attendance.

The energy in this shop is amazing!  So comfortable and relaxing, you don’t want to leave.  My cousin Mary who came to spend the day with me even commented that she can never relax, but the moment that she stepped into the store she immediately began to melt.

I also found out that Phil is a Reiki Master, and practices several different versions of it.  I got the opportunity to vibrate with them in their Reiki healing room, which was a real treat!

One thing I’ve never seen before, were handmade Cthulu crochet masks!  A local person makes them for their shop.  If you are into Cthulu, you should mail order one from them!  They are really neat!

A lovely woman by the name of Sandra came all the up from Destin, FL, and brought her sister Lynn, and niece.  She said that she had to come to hear me sing “Cool to Be a Witch”!

Special thanks to Phil, Rob, Josh, and Mary for helping carry equipment in and out of the store.

If you are in Montgomery, make sure you don’t miss out on the energy that can be found at The Mystical Treasures Emporium!  You won’t regret!

Met some really nice people tonight at Books, Beans, and Candles.  One person, Barbara, I found out is a Devotee of Bast!  Bast is my Matron Goddess, and I even wrote and recorded a song about her.  We had lots too chat about, and I look forward to sharing and learning more with her.

Julia is a recent resident of Bham and is a Reiki Master.  If you are in the area, make sure to check her out at: www.jreuter.com.  She’s a very sweet soul.

Special thanks to Mitchell for having me.  And also to all the nice guys that helped me carry my equipment in and out of the store.

I awoke to a beautiful cloud covered rainy day, and snapped this photo of the Florida State Capital on my way out of Tallahassee this morning.

I had a wonderful evening meeting new friends and hugging one or two long lost friends this evening at the concert.

It was held inside an art district area that used to be old warehouses by a railroad.  All of the buildings have been renovated and brightly painted and turned into art galleries, theaters, and other types of creative spaces.  I loved it!

I look forward to coming back and exploring when I have more time.

I’d like to thank the Pagan co-op that hosted the concert at “Divine Union”, and thanks to River for helping me organize it.  A very special thanks to the very sweet Sheri and Iman for giving me a place to spend the night.

I snapped the photo after the concert on my phone infront of Divine Union.  Left to Right: River, Sheri, Iman, Rob.

I recently did a concert for the Circles in the Woods CUUPS Chapter at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa.  The organizers, Ollis & Mary were very sweet in sending me these blurbs about the concert, and I thought I’d share:

“Alexian has such a variety of music that evokes feelings and emotions that range from happiness and humorous to thought-provoking. I especially enjoy the stories that he shares about each song he has written.  It is amazing to me that he writes, composes, and then puts it all together himself. No doubt his educational background at Boston’s Berklee College of Music is an asset, but it is the obvious labor of love that shows in his music.  I thoroughly enjoy his concerts and can’t wait to do it again!”

Facilitator – Circles in the Woods CUUPS (Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans), Tampa FL

“Alexian’s interactive approach to his music gets the audience up and moving!  I loved the “Circle of Power” Circle casting song! It got everyone out of their chairs and moving to the music right from the beginning.  I mean – even people who won’t dance can walk in a circle – right?  And “Listen to the Wind” just touches the heart of the soul and carries you away with the breeze.  I can’t wait for his next CD!”

Merry Meet Rabid Pagans!
Today is my birthday and I’ve had a great one! There are literally HUNDREDS of posts on my Facebook from people wishing me a joyous day, and you all have made it one!

I am preparing to leave for the Phoenix Phyre gathering in Central Florida (Lakeland, FL) on Wednesday, and I will be there through Sunday. During the festival, I will be reading cards for people and also teaching one of my favorite workshops, “The Magickal Voice”. The workshop is scheduled for Thursday afternoon at the gathering.

Friday evening, April 8th, I will be debuting my new dance music along with some old favorites at my concert at Phoenix Phyre. The entertainment starts at 8:30pm with me hosting an open mic, followed by my concert.

If you can’t make it to the gathering for the full time, there are weekend passes available, as well as an evening pass from 6pm to 11pm for only $15. This includes my concert! So come out and see me!

For more information about Phoenix Phyre, please visit: http://www.phoenixfestivals.com

If you do plan on coming out to the concert, or if you just want to have some fun… check out the new line dance that my dear friend and covenmate, Ayanna, created for my birthday! It’s for my dance remake, “Cool to Be a Witch 2.0″!

I have posted the video right here on my website under Videos, or you can always go directly to my YouTube site at: http://www.youtube.com/lordalexian

Spring is here, and I’m ready to travel! I’ll be calling you all to set up concerts (and house concerts as well) all around Florida during the months of late April, May & June!

Then I’m already starting to plan a tour all the way up from Florida through the MID-WEST and back during July! So if you live in Northern FL, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Arkansas, or Missouri, etc please contact me! This is your chance to get me to come perform live for you and your friends!

I am also contemplating a tour UP the East Coast all the way North in October! What Witchy pleasures await me up there?

Don’t be shy! Contact me… I don’t bite…. too hard. (Unless you want me to!)

Bast Blessings!
