Thursday, August 2nd I arrived to the loving welcome of the staff and the hosts of the gathering Azrael & Angel. It was great to see the staff at Dragon Hills once again. Mama Rita had a bad case of poison oak from mowing the lawn at her house, and didn’t feel well, so the kitchen was closed for the evening.
I drove to Wendy’s drive through (not too far away) for dinner and brought it back to eat and hang out with everyone. Several more people showed up and started unpacking and setting up.
On Friday morning Mama Rita felt better and kitchen was open and smelling great! I had breakfast and good conversation, and got to know Ernie Nichols better. He is a paranormal investigator. You can find him at the Fort Oglethorpe Battlefield Investigator’s website at www.FOFBI.Webs.com, or at www.MidnightChild.Webs.com. After talking about the fact that my Matron Goddess is the Egyptian Bast, he surprisingly gifted me with an Egyptian dagger! It is already on my altar! By lunchtime the “village hangout” at the kitchen had grown and Vendors were showing up.
The lovely Jenn Bailey taught a workshop on making your own homemade cleaning products. During the workshop, we made our own laundry detergent. Jenn is very passionate about using not only more natural products for cleaning, but also saving money at the same time. It was a very interesting workshop, and a hands-on experience.
Some of the folks went with Ernie and Jesse on a ghost walk around the property after dark and had some surprising activity and results. Voices were heard and communicated with the group.
Saturday was filled with excellent conversations on many topics, and the food from the kitchen was never better!
I visited the wonderful vendors and networked and took photos.

Micah & Hope! What a kind hearted couple! I was in love with the masks and the dolls. I couldn’t keep my eyes off them! Amazing hand-made work! The dolls were very “Goth” and so well done, you thought there were going to move and speak, while the masks ranged from Pagan, to Mardi Gras, to playful!
Kit & Kay do great things! Besides their normal Pagan T shirts, and apparel, they also have created 6 T shirt designs for autism. The shirts sell for $20, and they donate $10 (50%) from every shirt to autism research.
Before i knew it, it w time to set up for my concert. I unloaded and set up with Azrael and Angel’s help. The performance went great and although it was quite warm and sticky, the Pagans were up and dancing. (When i performed there at Samhain last year, i was freezing to death! Lol!) After the concert, I broke down the musical equipment and loaded with Ernie and Jesse’s help. Jenn was so sweet and bought a CD. Invigorated from the performance, I slept like a rock that night! Thank the Goddess for the cabins at Dragon Hills and the A/C!
Sunday I got up and had coffee and breakfast with everyone. Said my goodbyes and gave hugs and headed out back home to Florida.
I want to give a special thanks to Azrael, his Mother, and Angel for making it possible for me to come and perform! I hope to be able to make it to another one of your gatherings in the future someday soon!
Happy Ostara My Rabid Pagans!
I hope this post finds you healthy, happy, and hungry for life!
My coven had a very nice, warm, intimate circle on Saturday evening, and the wheel turned successfully once again! I had several large Cattleya orchids in bloom (we grow orchids), and my coven-mate Midian decided to bring 3 pots of them inside to decorate the altar. They looked beautiful as a back drop behind everything on the altar.
An old friend, Tabitha, came to visit our group for Sabbat circle and I found out that she is now a photographer, amongst other things, and she has agreed to experiment with me and take some new photos of me for publicity shots. I’m not exactly sure where we will end up shooting, and what I’ll be wearing, but it will all happen as it is supposed to. Apparently she is also into “Second Life” big time, and she wants to help set up a Live concert inside the virtual environment for me. That should be fun.
I’m looking for good affordable sources for men’s goth clothing (currently XXL size but working to get it down to XL) or clothing that at least has an alternative goth edge to it. I’m finding that there are sooo many places to get women’s goth clothing, but not that many that carries men’s goth clothing. And the few places I’ve found for men, aren’t that great of quality. I don’t want “Halloween”, or “Vampire”. And I’m not even sure I’m looking for “Victorian” goth either. Since my new album is Techno Dance, I think I’m looking for something more alternative and edgy. Think Wiccan male meets Lady Gaga.
If you know of any sources, or if you are talented seamstress and want exposure, email me!
I have planned many fun and wonderful interactive things for this website, so if you haven’t already bookmarked it, please do so now before you forget!
I won’t go into the long list here, but before I get done with you, you will be singing, chanting, drumming, watching live shows online and interacting with myself and the audience, and possibly even starring in my own music videos and/or You Tube “promotional features”. All of this will be all found within this website.
So again… bookmark now.
And if you haven’t heard, Mars finally went DIRECT on March 10th! So it’s time to Move FORWARD with this year’s projects! Being an Aries, Mars is my ruling planet, and I already feel an incredible surge of vitality, creativity and forward movement!
