Thursday, August 2nd I arrived to the loving welcome of the staff and the hosts of the gathering Azrael & Angel. It was great to see the staff at Dragon Hills once again. Mama Rita had a bad case of poison oak from mowing the lawn at her house, and didn’t feel well, so the kitchen was closed for the evening.
I drove to Wendy’s drive through (not too far away) for dinner and brought it back to eat and hang out with everyone. Several more people showed up and started unpacking and setting up.
On Friday morning Mama Rita felt better and kitchen was open and smelling great! I had breakfast and good conversation, and got to know Ernie Nichols better. He is a paranormal investigator. You can find him at the Fort Oglethorpe Battlefield Investigator’s website at www.FOFBI.Webs.com, or at www.MidnightChild.Webs.com. After talking about the fact that my Matron Goddess is the Egyptian Bast, he surprisingly gifted me with an Egyptian dagger! It is already on my altar! By lunchtime the “village hangout” at the kitchen had grown and Vendors were showing up.
The lovely Jenn Bailey taught a workshop on making your own homemade cleaning products. During the workshop, we made our own laundry detergent. Jenn is very passionate about using not only more natural products for cleaning, but also saving money at the same time. It was a very interesting workshop, and a hands-on experience.
Some of the folks went with Ernie and Jesse on a ghost walk around the property after dark and had some surprising activity and results. Voices were heard and communicated with the group.
Saturday was filled with excellent conversations on many topics, and the food from the kitchen was never better!
I visited the wonderful vendors and networked and took photos.

Micah & Hope! What a kind hearted couple! I was in love with the masks and the dolls. I couldn’t keep my eyes off them! Amazing hand-made work! The dolls were very “Goth” and so well done, you thought there were going to move and speak, while the masks ranged from Pagan, to Mardi Gras, to playful!
Kit & Kay do great things! Besides their normal Pagan T shirts, and apparel, they also have created 6 T shirt designs for autism. The shirts sell for $20, and they donate $10 (50%) from every shirt to autism research.
Before i knew it, it w time to set up for my concert. I unloaded and set up with Azrael and Angel’s help. The performance went great and although it was quite warm and sticky, the Pagans were up and dancing. (When i performed there at Samhain last year, i was freezing to death! Lol!) After the concert, I broke down the musical equipment and loaded with Ernie and Jesse’s help. Jenn was so sweet and bought a CD. Invigorated from the performance, I slept like a rock that night! Thank the Goddess for the cabins at Dragon Hills and the A/C!
Sunday I got up and had coffee and breakfast with everyone. Said my goodbyes and gave hugs and headed out back home to Florida.
I want to give a special thanks to Azrael, his Mother, and Angel for making it possible for me to come and perform! I hope to be able to make it to another one of your gatherings in the future someday soon!
I just realized that I never blogged about attending Dragon Hills gathering in Georgia last October for Samhain!
I had a blast, although it was very very cold! An arctic blast came “down to Georgia” and it was actually below freezing a couple nights. I was very thankful that the property owner provided me a warm toasty cabin to sleep in!
I was wondering, while I was driving up to Georgia from Florida, if I had been to this specific property before, as I had attended a gathering held in the area way way back in the mid to late 90s.
Sure enough, when I entered the property in my car and came over the hill, I flashed back to the 90s, and the gathering that was held there! My how things have changed there, and for myself as well!

Back then there were no “facilities” really. It was all port-a-potties and ice cold showers. No buildings at all. Now there is a big barn that is the main meeting area, with a stage where the concert was held, as well as the Samhain party and tricks and treats for the kiddies. There is a work trailer parked next to the barn and actually connected into the barn, and it houses toilets and warm showers! There are also a handful of nice comfortable cabins for people to rent, complete with beds, air conditioning and space heaters.
I remember back in the 90s, I had brought a single small square rectangle table to display my cassette tapes on of my 1st album! They were little purple tapes, and if you own one, it’s now a collector’s item! Of course, www.PaganMusic.com grew into the world’s largest Pagan Music store at one point, and we were carrying literally thousands of products and titles. Since decided to get out of retail and back into producing my original music, we have been liquidating the remaining stock. Some of the remaining stock is rare, hard to find items. I currently have most of them for sale on Amazon. Go to www.PaganMusic.com and there is a link provided to go directly to our items on Amazon. There are also a handful of CDs that do not have UCP codes. Because of this, Amazon won’t let me list them. Therefore I have listed them in small lots to purchase at WHOLESALE PRICING at: http://alexianmusic.com/index.php/music/pagan-cds-for-sale-wholesale/ All of our stock is brand new, although some of the CDs may have been open to make sound clips one time.
So back to Dragon Hills….
It was a lovely time, with lovely people. The food was great, thanks to Momma Rita, and the fires were warm, thanks to Papa John and his helpers. I especially enjoyed the delicious Hot Chocolate round the pic nic tables or the bonfires.
A special thanks to Holly for making it possible for me to attend the gathering and perform for a wonderful group of people! Holly and her partner were responsible for bringing me to the gathering. I appreciate you more than you know!
I look forward to visiting the Dragon Hills again!
Merry Meet everyone!

I am excited to report that I’ve been booked to perform at the 2011 Samhain Dragon Hills Retreat near Bowden, GA in 2 weeks. I haven’t been to a gathering since April when I was at Phoenix Phyre in Lakeland, FL.
It’s always great to go hang out with like-minded peeps and indulge in all that nature has to give. I’m looking forward to long conversations next to the bonfire, and lots of hugs.
I’ll be performing my original Pagan Dance music at the gathering along with some of my older ballad-y type songs.
I’ll also be teaching the 1st class from my “The Magickal Voice” workshop series. That’s always a fun class to teach. I love to see people’s faces and reactions when they are able to manipulate matter right before their eyes, just with their voices.
I’ll be bringing my tarot cards along in case anyone there wants a reading. They are housing me in one of the small cabins there, so I’ll probably set up shop and do a few readings daily.
If you nearby, I hope to see you out there! It’s only $30 to get into the gathering, even at the gate.
For more information go to their website at: http://www.dragonhillsretreat.com

Sunday the 23rd of July! 18 days, and almost 3,500 miles later, I made it back to Orlando, FL! Home Sweet Home!
Let me tell you… the end of the tour started to become a blur. So much driving, and meeting so many people, and being so tired = Blur.
But it was all a blessing and completely enjoyable. I even caught up on my Podcasts on my Ipod while driving in the car. (I played them through the car stereo system through the AUX Input.)
It was completely worth it, I met so many wonderful people, and I can’t wait to do it again….
…. but I think I’ll rest for a while 1st!
Hugs to all !
Now where’s my pillow!

I left Indianapolis, IN around 10pm on Friday evening the 22nd, and drove to Nashville, TN where I got see my friend Carissa from college. I only got to sleep a couple hours there, and then it was up and on the road again to complete my drive to Atlanta, GA!
I had to be in Atlanta, GA by 3pm on Saturday! I taught The Magickal Voice workshop, broke for a quick bite to eat, and then set up for the concert at 7pm.
I was so tired this day that I completely lapsed on photography! I only had a couple hours sleep the night before and approx 533 miles of driving! It was a long 24 hours to say the least!
Thank you Sherry & John for having me into your lovely shop! I appreciate it!
A special thanks to Natalie, who took me in and lent me her spare bedroom for the night!

The birthday Crone, Rita!
I arrived in Indianapolis, IN about 1 to 1.5 hours before the concert time. I was greeted by an energetic fairy who quickly escorted me into the shop to Jan, the owner. I was then taken on the tour.
The Magic Candle is what a Metaphysical store should look like. Built into a historic building, it has exposed brick wall, herbs, books, & curios everywhere… and cats. There were several very well kept beautiful cats living there full time, but there were also several young kittens underfoot playing in and out of every crook and cranny. Being a lover of Bast, I loved it! “It’s a Fluffy!”
I only got to take one photo on my phone, because it had died by this time, but I should be receiving some more photos from the shop owner, Jan, soon. I will edit and add those photos at the end of this post when I receive them.
The little room I performed in was packed with shining faces, and everyone enjoyed the music and the silly stories I tell.
I played one special song that I don’t always perform called “The Crone Chant” for the birthday girl, Rita, who was just celebrating coming into her “Crone-hood”. I put her into the middle of a circle of people and we all danced and sang to her! She loved it! Especially when we called her the “Bitch Goddess!” (It’s part of the song.) Happy Birthday Rita! Be careful where you point that newly claimed Crone finger!
Velda enjoyed belly dancing to my new song “Death’s Lullaby (Let the Shadows Still the Light), and is an energetic smiling soul!
A special thanks to Jan, owner of The Magic Candle, for booking me last minute on the tour. It was wonderful meeting you and your beautiful community of Pagan peeps, and I look forward to returning again in the future!

On Thursday, July 21st, I left Kansas City, MO and drove to Saint Louis, MO where I spent the evening with my dear friend, Jackie, from college. It was great to see her and visit. In my rush, I forgot to take a photo of us on my phone for my blog.
I snapped the above photos of the Saint Louis arch on Friday morning when I was leaving Saint Louis on my way to Indianapolis, IN.

In this photo, I am crossing the Mississippi River just outside of Saint Louis, MO over into Illinois.

Today I taught The Magickal Voice workshop and also performed a concert in Montgomery at “The Mystical Treasures Emporium”. Phillip, and his partner Rob were sweethearts and provided not only the space, but an entire buffet spread of eats, treats, and drinks for free to everyone in attendance.
The energy in this shop is amazing! So comfortable and relaxing, you don’t want to leave. My cousin Mary who came to spend the day with me even commented that she can never relax, but the moment that she stepped into the store she immediately began to melt.
I also found out that Phil is a Reiki Master, and practices several different versions of it. I got the opportunity to vibrate with them in their Reiki healing room, which was a real treat!
One thing I’ve never seen before, were handmade Cthulu crochet masks! A local person makes them for their shop. If you are into Cthulu, you should mail order one from them! They are really neat!
A lovely woman by the name of Sandra came all the up from Destin, FL, and brought her sister Lynn, and niece. She said that she had to come to hear me sing “Cool to Be a Witch”!
Special thanks to Phil, Rob, Josh, and Mary for helping carry equipment in and out of the store.
If you are in Montgomery, make sure you don’t miss out on the energy that can be found at The Mystical Treasures Emporium! You won’t regret!

I had a wonderful evening meeting new friends and hugging one or two long lost friends this evening at the concert.
It was held inside an art district area that used to be old warehouses by a railroad. All of the buildings have been renovated and brightly painted and turned into art galleries, theaters, and other types of creative spaces. I loved it!
I look forward to coming back and exploring when I have more time.
I’d like to thank the Pagan co-op that hosted the concert at “Divine Union”, and thanks to River for helping me organize it. A very special thanks to the very sweet Sheri and Iman for giving me a place to spend the night.
I snapped the photo after the concert on my phone infront of Divine Union. Left to Right: River, Sheri, Iman, Rob.
